The Company was established in the UK in 1984 as Matan & Partners Ltd by Dr Emmanuel Matan  as multi-disciplined Engineering / Environmental / 

Management Consultants, with its Head office at the World famous Royal Liver Building in Liverpool.

The Senior Staff have been involved in several multi-million pounds projects in the United Kingdom and Overseas, and multi-million dollars World bank funded projects in the Developing Countries.
